Aid is determined on a case-by-case basis and granted what Mature Resources Area Agency on Aging deem appropriate. You will be required to go through a screening process. Monetary aid such as assistance with rent and utilities is temporary and meant to help short term until you can get back on track. Our Social workers or other resources can help you come up with a long-term plan.

In addition, the Area Agency on Aging is registered as a charitable organization with the Pennsylvania Department of State. The Clearfield County Area Agency of Aging, Inc. is a charitable, non-profit corporation dedicated to providing a comprehensive array of the highest quality health and human services to residents of Clearfield County. We will accomplish this mission by committing to our guiding principles of Integrity, Coordinated Community Partnerships, Best Service, Progressive Attitudes, Professionalism, Teamwork and Investment in our Employees and Volunteers.

Funding comes from the Federal Older American's Act, Pennsylvania Lottery funds, Client Contributions, USDA and other local  Funds. Services are available to all older persons age 60 and who are residents of Clearfield County.
