This program enables eligible seniors to receive vouchers towards the purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables. Seniors must meet specific eligibility requirements to participate.

To participate you must: 

  • Submit an application

  • Be 60+ by December 31, 2022

  • Live in Clearfield County

  • Meet Income Guidelines

This program uses a voucher system for payment of fresh produce. All vouchers will be distributed by mail. If you are in need of a voucher, call (814) 765-2691 to receive your application.

Applications WILL NOT be accepted at the Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging, Inc. or the Centers For Active Living.

The Mature Resources Area Agency on Aging, Inc. is designated as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization by the Internal Revenue Service. In addition, the Area Agency on Aging is registered as a charitable organization with the Pennsylvania Department of State. The Clearfield County Area Agency of Aging, Inc. is a charitable, non-profit corporation dedicated to providing a comprehensive array of the highest quality health and human services to residents of Clearfield County. We will accomplish this mission by committing to our guiding principles of Integrity, Coordinated Community Partnerships, Best Service, Progressive Attitudes, Professionalism, Teamwork and Investment in our Employees and Volunteers.

Funding comes from the Federal Older American's Act, Pennsylvania Lottery funds, Client Contributions, USDA and other local  Funds. Services are available to all older persons age 60 and who are residents of Clearfield County.
